Entertainment Line-up for 2024
The all-new Sun Princess, the largest-ever ship from Princess Cruises, is set to dazzle guests with an extraordinary line-up of entertainment experiences when it debuts in early 2024.
At the heart of this extraordinary entertainment journey is the Princess Arena, a technological masterpiece pushing the boundaries of cruise ship entertainment. This state-of-the-art venue is designed for versatility, offering shows in the round, a 270-degree keyhole setup, and a traditional proscenium theatre, ensuring a unique experience every night.
The Princess Arena will host three brand-new productions, featuring the incredible talents of the Sun Princess troupe, including four lead vocalists, 13 top dancers, and eight Dome Cirque artists.
The shows include:
NEW! Vallora, A Pirate Quest - Directed by Danny Teeson of "American Idol" fame, this high-energy show embarks on a thrilling pirate adventure, featuring an '80s soundtrack with hits like "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics and "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.
NEW! Stage Struck -
Directed and choreographed by Karen Bruce, known for "So You Think You Can
Dance" and West End shows, this production celebrates the world of musical
theatre with beloved songs like "On Broadway" and "Danced All
Night".
NEW! Viva La Música -
Choreographed by Latin American icon Liz Imperio, this scintillating musical
experience brings the Latin Grammy spirit to life with hits like "Rhythm
Is Gonna Get You" and "Havana". Immerse yourself in a unique,
interactive dance experience.
And don't miss the reimagined
favorite, Fiera!, a love story set in a vibrant European fairground, set
to popular songs like "Sweet Child of Mine" by Guns & Roses and
"Born This Way" by Lady Gaga.
Entertainment goes beyond
the Princess Arena, with two other prominent venues:
The Dome - This innovative
multi-level entertainment venue perched atop the ship hosts awe-inspiring shows
by Cirque Éloize. By day, it's an indoor/outdoor oasis with a sparkling pool,
and by night, it transforms into an electrifying entertainment venue with a
South Beach vibe.
Piazza - The heart of the
ship, the Piazza offers expansive views and a wide selection of entertainment
options. Enjoy beloved musical acts, game shows, and an elevated Champagne
Waterfall event.
Debuting in February 2024, Sun
Princess is currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy.
